pueden estudiar métricas para que el entorno también faro-
vezca el crecimiento de plantas (Madias et al., 2023) y, ade-
más, se puede buscar una integración con el internet de las
cosas (Chiradeja y Yoomak, 2023).
CONCLUSIONES
Los resultados de la investigación indican que se necesitan
3 paneles LED dimerizables de 45 W para alcanzar 300 lx de
iluminación en el aula A312, respaldando este cálculo me-
diante la simulación en el software Dialux. Sin embargo, se
encontró que Sanchez-Cueva (2022) alcanzanzó niveles más
altos (736 lx) con una configuración diferente. Aunque am-
bas opciones cumplen con los requisitos de iluminación, es
crucial considerar el impacto energético relacionado con el
aumento de potencia en las luminarias. Los resultados respal-
dan la eficacia de usar un controlador y sensores de luminosi-
dad como sistema de control para mantener una iluminación
constante de 300 lx, cumpliendo con las normas. Aunque es-
ta opción es viable, se podrían aplicar otras opciones como el
módulo atenuador PowPak, que también ofrece control dime-
rizable pero podría ser más difícil de obtener en el mercado
nacional. Además, se destaca la versatilidad de otras solu-
ciones de control, como la de Sanchez-Cueva (2022) basa-
da en sensores de movimiento y luminosidad, y el sistema
de escenas presentado por Ruales Gavilanes (2020). Cada
enfoque tiene ventajas distintas y su elección dependerá de
la disponibilidad de tecnología y los objetivos de eficiencia
energética y funcionalidad en situaciones específicas. El aná-
lisis comparativo demuestra que la implementación del siste-
ma automático de iluminación genera un importante ahorro
del 61.7% (1.53 USD mensuales) en el consumo mensual en
función de las jornadas académicas normales, en compara-
ción con el sistema antiguo con tecnología fluorescente. Las
investigaciones previas, de Sánchez Cueva, Ruales Gavilanes
y Portocarrero Chauca, analizadas en la discusión, respaldan
estas conclusiones al mostrar que otros sistemas automáti-
cos han logrado ahorros sustanciales en energía. El proyecto
enfatiza la necesidad de invertir más en investigación y de-
sarrollo de tecnologías de control de iluminación eficientes
y asegurar su disponibilidad en el mercado local, con el ob-
jetivo de maximizar los ahorros energéticos y contribuir a la
sostenibilidad en cuanto a sistemas de iluminación.
