Dinero electrónico y su afectación en el capital humano: visión regional en Ecuador

Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación es examinar el efecto del capital humano en el uso del dinero electrónico a nivel regional en el Ecuador. Utilizamos datos de corte transversal del Banco Central del Ecuador y de la Encuesta Nacional de Empleo y Subempleo Urbano y Rural. La variable dependiente es el uso del dinero electrónico y la variable independiente es el capital humano. Los resultados sugieren que el capital humano es un instrumento para mejorar y aumentar el uso del dinero electrónico, en particular en las regiones menos desarrolladas.
