Open Access Policy

The Bosques Latitud Cero journal offers free and immediate Open Access to all its content, based on the principle that unrestricted access to research fosters greater global knowledge exchange. Readers may read, download, cite, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without restrictions for any lawful purpose, without requiring prior permission from the editor or the author. This aligns with the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and respects source accreditation according to Creative Commons Atribution-NonComercial-ShareAlike 4.0 attributions, for details redirect to licencia Creative Commons.

Additionally, the journal does not charge any fees, costs, or subscriptions at any stage of the editorial process, including scientific review and formatting, ensuring the free dissemination of knowledge.

• Sponsorship: This journal is fully funded by the Universidad Nacional de Loja, which does not accept external financial contributions from private organizations or authors. This policy ensures editorial independence and upholds the quality.
